Bonito - One of the most fascinating places of the Pantanal, Bonito is one of the main tourits pole of the Central West. And it's no wonder! After all, in very few places so much natural beauty can be found. There are thousands of waterfalls, caves and natural pools where alternatives for recreation can be found for visitors of all ages. But, it isn't enough just to enjoy the nature. Those who visit the region must also try the delicacies of the typical Mato Grosso cuisine which includes the piranha soup and the aligator stew.

Campo Grande - You just can't miss spending several days in the capital of the State if you go to visit the Pantanal. In order to see the principal tourist points, the best is to go on a city tour organized by the Campo Grande Pantanal Convention & Visitors Bureau, where the visitors go through the streets of the city in a two storey bus, with a guide. Tho tour takes a little bit more than two hours. Another attraction is the Municipal Market where you can buy from equipment for horseback riding up to medicinal herbs, without mentioning the kits for making "tereré", which is a typical beverage of the region.
